PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise countermeasure element capable of suppressing noise with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The noise countermeasure element includes a first and a second terminal, an electrode group and a dielectric layer. The electrode group includes a stripe-shaped first electrode extending from the first terminal and a stripe-shaped second electrode extending from the second terminal. An area of an opposite region in which the first electrode faces the second electrode is configured such that electrostatic capacitance between the first terminal and the second terminal is 10 [pF] or larger and 1000 [pF] or smaller. The dielectric layer is sandwiched between the first electrode and the second electrode, and is formed of a dielectric having a dielectric dissipation factor of 0.008 or larger, to have a thickness of 3 [μm] or smaller. |
