PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver capable of immediately transmitting at-home information, safety information, etc. to concerned persons when receiving an emergency earthquake prompt report.SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver comprises: an emergency earthquake prompt report acquisition module for acquiring information on an emergency earthquake prompt report from a broadcast wave; an at-home situation registering module for registering the at-home situation of a resident; and a safety information transmission module which, when the emergency earthquake prompt report acquisition module receives information on the emergency earthquake prompt report, transmits the at-home situation to a pre-registered transmission destination mail address. |
