PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the preventing accuracy of illegal entry with no entry authority.SOLUTION: In order to prevent the tailgating of an unauthenticated monitoring object person 102, the locking/unlocking of a door D2 is controlled on the basis of a distance D between an entrance E2 of an entry room R2 whose entry authority does an authenticated monitoring object person 101 have and a current location xt of the unauthenticated monitoring object person 102, a moving speed vt of the unauthenticated monitoring object person 102 and an opening/closing time Toc since the door D2 is opened until it is closed. Concretely, when vt×Toc≥D is satisfied, it is determined that the unauthenticated monitoring object person 102 reaches the entrance within the opening/closing time Toc, and the door D2 is locked by a monitoring device. Thus, it is possible to prevent tailgating, and to suppress the entry of any unauthorized person. |
