PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find which screen operation in a series of screen operations an abnormality has occurred in when a screen operation log shows the series of screen operations.SOLUTION: Screen operation patterns 7 and screen data trees 9 corresponding to the screen operation patterns 7 respectively are stored in an auxiliary storage unit 4. Before operation, all the screen operation patterns 7 and all the screen data trees 9 corresponding to all the screen operation patterns are covered, and normal data 12 is recorded. During operation, a processing unit 2 searches for a screen operation matching a screen operation based on an input unit 5 from the screen operation patterns 7 in response to a request from an application program 6 and detects which screen operation an abnormality has occurred in, in accordance with difference between screen data of a screen data tree 9 corresponding to the searched screen operation pattern 7 and screen data of an output screen based on the input unit 5. |
