PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of trouble such as, for example, wrinkles and bubbles in a tape piece, when sticking the tape piece to an object.SOLUTION: A tape pickup device 10 includes a feed part 22, a guide part 24, a hand part 14, and a cutter part 26. The feed part 22 feeds a tape 16. The guide part 24 moves in the direction for pulling the tape 16 in a state of sticking the tip of the tape 16 fed from the feed part 22. The hand part 14 has the injection function of sticking the tip of the tape 16 to the guide part 24 by injecting air into the tip of the tape 16, and the sucking function of suctioning a tip side part 16A of the tape 16 existing in a state of being pulled in response to the movement of the guide part 24 by sucking the air. The cutter part 26 forms the tip side part 16A as a tape piece 18 by cutting a rear part more than the tip side part 16A suctioned by the hand part 14 in the tape 16. |
