PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool and a cutting method capable of reducing a device cost with a simple structure by severing a metal sheet by way of a metal fatigue being manually generated, while preventing occurrence of contamination due to the relative cutting work requiring none of hands to come in contact with the metal sheet.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a cutting tool for severing a metal sheet S, having: a bottom plate 10 on which the metal sheet S to be severed is placed; an oscillating plate 12, connected to the bottom plate 10, in a manner freely oscillatable with an oscillating axis 11 as a center, which extends linearly with respect to the bottom plate 10; and a pressing member 14 that sandwiches the metal sheet S placed on the oscillating plate 12 between the cutting tool and the oscillating plate 12. |
