PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion film which shows view angle expansion characteristics adapting to characteristics as a liquid crystal display by being arranged on an observer side of a liquid crystal layer of the liquid crystal display and can control iridescent unevenness by external light and contrast decline of image light.SOLUTION: A light diffusion film comprises: a diffraction structure body (11) having a diffraction structure (11a) scattering and emitting light entered substantially parallel to a direction of an entrance plane; and a light reflex control layer (13) being arranged at a side at which the light is scattered by the diffraction structure and controlling a surface reflection.
