摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage element which ensures high output while enhancing the performance, e.g., high-temperature storage characteristics, effectively.SOLUTION: In a power storage element 1, nonaqueous electrolyte 6 contains a first additive of lithium difluoro bis oxalate phosphate, and a second additive of lithium tetrafluoro oxalate phosphate. Additive amount of the first additive is 0.3-1.0 wt% of the total weight of nonaqueous electrolyte 6, and additive amount of the second additive is 0.05-0.3 times that of the first additive. The negative electrode contains non-graphitizable carbon, having an average particle size D50 of 6 μm or less, as a negative electrode active material.
