PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for stably manufacturing a hollow structure plate having a flat and smooth surface.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a hollow structure plate obtained by bonding, by means of thermal melt bonding, a surface material composed of a thermoplastic resin sheet with at least one side surface of a hollow protrusion-formed sheet composed of a thermoplastic sheet provided with a plurality of hollow protrusions spaced apart comprises steps for: performing a heat melt bonding step which includes a step for heating a heat melt bonded surface of the preliminarily solidified hollow protrusion-formed sheet and/or a heat melt bonded surface of the surface material at a temperature not lower than a melting point of the hollow protrusion-formed sheet and/or the surface material to melt again; and bonding, by heat-melting, the surface material with at least one side surface of the hollow protrusion-formed sheet while cooling a non-heat melt bonded surface of the surface material at a temperature lower than the melting point of the surface material. |
