PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further facilitate laying a coil molding in an existing pipe.SOLUTION: A holding tool 10 is used for a lining method for forming a rehabilitation pipe 12 in an existing pipe 100. The holding tool 10 has a contact member 22 and connecting members 24. The contact member 22 is arranged so as to be in contact with the inner surface side along the axial direction of the coil molding 14 whose diameter is reduced by applying torque in the winding direction. The contact members 22 are removably connected to both end parts of the coil molding 14 by the connecting members 24, so that the reduced diameter coil molding 14 with its diameter unchanged. When the lining method is employed, the coil moldings 14 maintaining the reduced diameter with the holding tools 10 are adjacent side by side in the existing pipe 100, the holding tools 10 are removed in order from the coil moldings 14 in the existing pipe 100, to restore the diameter of the coil moldings. The rehabilitation pipe 12 is formed by a lining material 16 inserted into the restored coil moldings 14. |
