PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of high accuracy torque control by performing a compensation of a motor constant including a setting error, and to provide machinery using the same.SOLUTION: A motor controller 100 controls a current supplied to a permanent magnet synchronous motor so that a current command value, obtained from a torque command value for a permanent magnet synchronous motor MOT, matches a current detection value for a current supplied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor via a power converter INV. The motor controller 100 operates a second command value so that a torque estimation value τ^, obtained from the power information of a power converter by a torque estimation value operation unit 20, matches a first torque command value τ* given from a host controller, and performs torque control according to a second torque command value τ**. |
