PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of making a temperature distribution of a first rotating member uniform with a simple configuration, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A fixing device of the present invention includes: a first rotating member 32 that is heated by a heat source 44; a second rotating member 34 that comes into pressure contact with the first rotating member 32 to form a fixing nip 47 between the first rotating member 32 and the second rotating member 34 along a conveyance path 20 of a recording medium; and air blowing means for blowing cooling air toward the first rotating member 32. An air channel 52 extending from the air blowing means 37 to the first rotating member 32 is formed to cross with the conveyance path 20. |
