PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the arrival of message notification between systems in an environment via the other vendor program.SOLUTION: A message server device and a computer having a message notification unit and a terminal device are configured to communicate with each other, and the message server device performs the management of the request order and the transmission of a message, and the terminal device checks whether the message which has just arrived is the same as the message which has already arrived or the next message in the order of transmission, notifies the message server device of the result of the message which has just arrived, receives a response from the message server device, and confirms the completion of the arrival of the message. Thus, it is possible to guarantee the arrival of message notification. |
