PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-convenience vacuum cleaner saving power without impairing a use feeling, and allowing a return operation adaptive to a use situation.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 1 includes: a suction port body 26 capable of moving in a state that the bottom surface having a suction port 28 fluidly connected to an electric fan 8 faces to a surface to be cleaned; a rotatable rotary cleaning body 29 positioned in the suction port 28; an electric motor 31 driving the rotary cleaning body 29; and a body control part 9 reducing at least one of inputs of the electric fan 8 and the electric motor 31 as a distance between the bottom surface and the surface to be cleaned increases and as a remote state continues when the suction port body 28 comes into the remote state that the bottom surface and the surface to be cleaned separate from each other from an approach state that the suction port body contacts with the surface to be cleaned and can move. |
