PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal micro-particle using organo-metallic compound ink is provided to reduce time and costs for generating the metal micro-particle, and to distribute the metal micro-particle in a uniform gap and in a uniform size. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal micro-particle comprises the following steps: a solvent layer (20) is formed by coating organo-metallic compound ink on a base substrate (10); a minute particle is self-generated in the solvent layer by heat-treating the base substrate in which the solvent layer is formed; the minute particles are bound by increasing a size of the minute particles which are self-generated in the solvent layer by heat-treating the base substrate in which the solvent layer is formed additionally; and a method of coating the organo-metallic compound ink is one among a slot die coating, a roll coating, a blade coating, a spin coating, a spray coating, and an inkjet coating. |
