PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of measuring a specific component such as neutral fat contained in blood in a short time period.SOLUTION: A biosensor has an insulating substrate, an electrode system formed on the insulating substrate and including at least an action electrode and a counter electrode, and a sample supply part having a reaction layer formed on the electrode system. The reaction layer has a first reaction layer containing oxidoreductase including pyrrolo-quinoline quinone (PQQ), flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD), or flavin mononucleotide (FMN) as a prosthetic group, and a second reaction layer formed by applying solution containing fat degrading enzyme onto the first reaction layer. In addition, the sample supply part contains a blood anticoagulant. |
