PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system capable of achieving highly efficient power generation by maintaining a high temperature difference between temperatures of the heat generated at a heating apparatus installed on a vehicle and the heat of a cooling medium for cooling the generated heat.SOLUTION: The power generation system is structured so that a path for the heat generated at a heating apparatus installed on a vehicle and the heat of a cooling medium for cooling the generated heat is separated into high temperature-side piping and low temperature-side piping and is passed through a thermoelectric conversion unit for power generation and so that heat is exchanged with a cooling medium, using heat storage sections formed on the respective pipings to maintain a high temperature difference with respect to a temperature of the heat of the cooling medium, thereby achieving stable power generation. |
