PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform the power supply processing of a power transmission coil even when foreign objects are heated during power supply.SOLUTION: An electric power supply device 100 includes: a power supply coil 103a which faces a power reception part 153 provided at a vehicle and supplies electric power to the power reception part 153; and a housing 103b housing the power supply coil 103a. A first cover 202 is formed on a surface of the housing 103b which faces the power reception part 153. A second cover 203 is installed between the first cover 202 and the power supply coil 103a facing the first cover 202.
