PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of using only two flux gates to measure an xz component or a yz component of a magnetic field without requiring a hall element, and provide a method for manufacturing of this sensor and a method for installation of this sensor.SOLUTION: As for a sensor (100), the sensor (100) comprises: a sensor surface (102) where a sensor element (106) configured to pick up a measured quantity having directionality is arranged; and an inclined surface (104) where at least one contact surface (108) for contacting and connecting to the sensor element(106) is arranged. The inclined surface (104) has a predetermined angle to a lattice structure of a support material (400) of the sensor (100), and is oriented in a different direction from the sensor surface (102). |
