PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of recognizing a position of a passenger and efficiently providing the passenger with information without putting large burdens on a system operation side.SOLUTION: An airport utilization system 1 includes a reception system 40 having a two-dimensional code reader 42 and a communication part 43, acquires a contact address (a mail address, a MAC address or the like) of a portable terminal 60 owned before airport utilization by a boarding scheduled person by performing wireless communication with the portable terminal 60, and generates correspondence information in which the acquired contact address and information (information of a boarding ticket) read by the two-dimensional code reader 42. In the meantime, access points 5 are provided on a plurality of positions inside an airport, and the position of the portable terminal 60 is specified on the basis of a result of wireless communication performed between the plurality of access points 5 and the portable terminal 60. Further, on the basis of the correspondence information, direct contact can be made to the portable terminal 60. |
