PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die cut roll of a rotary die cutter capable of suppressing catching of a workpiece between blade dies corresponding to a narrow portion even when the narrow portion is formed in the workpiece and sufficiently securing sharpness in cutting of the blade die to thereby stably enhance quality of a product and improve productivity.SOLUTION: In a blade die 2, a cross-sectional surface orthogonal to a direction in which the blade die 2 is extended on an outer peripheral surface of a die roll body in the blade die 2 has a chevron shape with a pair of sloped surfaces 6 and 7 sloped to mutually get closer to a blade die center line C orthogonal to a die axis line toward the radial direction outside of the die roll body. An angle &thetas; formed by the workpiece side sloped surface 6 directed to a workpiece W side in a material S to be machined of the pair of sloped surfaces 6 and 7 with the blade die center line C in the cross-sectional surface is set within a range of 5°<&thetas;<20°.
