PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller capable of previously detecting a failure in a discharge circuit of a power storage device so as not to cause system down when commercial power supply is stopped.SOLUTION: A power supply controller according to the present invention includes a power supply circuit to supply direct current power to an information system, an auxiliary power supply, a discharge circuit to perform discharge of the auxiliary power supply and supply direct current power to the information system, and a control circuit to control the discharge circuit. The control circuit checks an operation of the discharge circuit upon starting the information system. |
