PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge controller, charge/discharge control system, and charge/discharge control program capable of efficiently performing communication even when the number of power units connected to a network increases.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge controller according to an embodiment comprises a reception section and group control section. The reception section receives schedule information showing schedule time at which a plurality of power units having at least one of charge and discharge functions perform at least one of charging and discharge. The group control section performs grouping according to the schedule information so that the respective power units belong to either of a charging group for performing charging and a discharge group for performing discharge, and controls the power units for each of the charging group and discharge group.
