PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network control device for implementing power saving in the whole network.SOLUTION: A management server collects a measurement value of power consumption in each node in an electric/optical network, and when power consumption in an electric node exceeds that in an optical node corresponding to the electric node, searches for a path which cuts through the electric node. The management server compares power consumption of the whole path estimated in the case of setting the cut-through path with power consumption of a current path, and sets the cut-through path when the power consumption in the case of setting the cut-through path is smaller. |
