摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sophisticate a non-catalytic denitration technology to achieve an NOx exhaust regulation value of less than 50 ppm (12%O-dry) by only the non-catalytic denitration technology, thereby enhancing the efficiency of waste-based power generation while complying with the exhaust regulation of nitrogen oxide in an area in which a strict NOx exhaust regulation value must be observed.SOLUTION: In non-catalytic denitration in which a denitration agent is blown into a boiler 12 for denitration, an NOx value inside the boiler 12 is measured upstream in a gas flow direction of the denitration agent blow-in position, an NOx value at an outlet of an economizer 14 is estimated from the measured NOx value inside the boiler 12, and a blow-in amount of the denitration agent is controlled so that the estimated NOx value at the outlet of the economizer 14 is a target value.
