PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonvolatile semiconductor storage device which has a small size of a sense amplifier, and dispenses with intermediate voltage in data reading operation.SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device includes a plurality of nonvolatile memory devices. A bit line pair feeds current through a memory device. A sense transistor includes a gate connected to a first end of the memory device. A voltage sense line transmits the voltage of the first end of the sense transistor. The sense amplifier detects the voltage of the first end of the sense transistor transmitted from the voltage sense line. |
