PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably image a subject and a colorimetry reference chart.SOLUTION: In an image forming device 1, an imaging part 30 includes: a frame body 32 having a predetermined box shape and including an opening 32b formed on a bottom surface 32a facing a subject to image the subject; an illumination light source 37 for illuminating the opening 32b; a shutter 38 which moves between an imaging position located above the opening 32b in the frame body 32 and a standby position located off the position above the opening 32b to open the opening 32b, and has a reference chart KC for providing a predetermined color reference to the surface illuminated by the illumination light source 37 in the imaging position; and an image sensor part 34 which receives light reflected by the subject facing the opening 32b with the shutter 38 located in the standby position and light reflected by the reference chart KC with the shutter 38 located in the imaging position, to image the subject and the reference chart KC.
