PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for highly accurate thermometry of a heated object using two infrared sensors, and to secure degree of freedom in design for mounting an infrared temperature measuring device into a heating cooker.SOLUTION: The infrared temperature measuring device has a condensing optical element M and two infrared sensors S. The condensing optical element M is a rotary elliptic mirror M having a mirror plane formed by rotating a reference elliptic shape around a straight line passing through a first focal point Fwhich is a point on a straight line L connecting the two infrared sensors S and a second focal point Fwhich is a point set for a bottom face of the heated object, the reference elliptic shape formed of a part of an ellipse including the first focal point Fand the second focal point F. The straight line L connecting the two infrared sensors S is arranged orthogonal to an optical axis O extending from the rotary elliptic mirror M toward the first focal point F. |
