PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money processor capable of strictly controlling returned money which was once taken out in occurrence of an error when returning it into the processor in a structure for managing wrapped bills.SOLUTION: A money processor 1 comprises: a loose bill processing unit 2 with an input port 18 for loose bills S formed; a wrapped bill processing unit 3 with an input/output port 53 for bundles (wrapped bills) T formed; and a control unit 70. The loose bill processing unit 2 has an identification part 20 for counting one by one loose bills S input from the input port 18 and a cassette 12 for storing the loose bills S counted by the identification part 20. The wrapped bill processing unit 3 has cassettes 45 for storing bundles T. The control unit 70 receives from the input port 18 money to be returned into the processor which was once taken out of the processor as a bundle T due to error release and broken into loose bills S, in response to detection of the error during processing at the wrapped bill processing unit 3. |
