PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a display device including a photo sensor capable of obtaining precise contact information; and a driving method thereof.SOLUTION: A display device includes a first sensing unit and a second sensing unit that sense applied light, and at least one sensing signal line that is connected with the first sensing unit and the second sensing unit. A method of driving the display device comprises: applying internal light to the first sensing unit and the second sensing unit during an internal light application period which is repeated for each frame; resetting the first sensing unit once during one frame, so as to transmit a reference voltage transmitted from the sensing signal line to the first sensing unit; and resetting the second sensing unit at least three times during said one frame, so as to transmit the reference voltage to the second sensing unit. |
