PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool position measuring device capable of measuring a position of a tool even when the tool is turned to a turning angle largely separated from a basic posture.SOLUTION: A tool position measuring device 6 includes: a first turning mechanism 25 for turning a vertical turning shaft 22 and an arm 23 around a first axis S1; a laser sensor 24 in which an opening 24d between a light emitting part 24b and a light receiving part 24c is turned to the direction of a second axis S2 inclined at 45 degrees to the first axis S1, and which is supported by the arm 23 so as to be turned around the second axis S2; and a second turning mechanism 26 for turning the laser sensor 24 around the second axis S2. The second turning mechanism 26 turns the laser sensor 24 around the second axis S2 so that the position of the laser sensor 24 can be switched to a first measuring position I at which the light emitting part 24b and the light receiving part 24c are arranged in the horizontal direction and a second measuring position II turned from the first measuring position I by 90 degrees. |
