PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new differentiation accelerator accelerating the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells with excellent safety, and a method for accelerating the differentiation.SOLUTION: As a differentiation accelerator for accelerating the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, an ultrasonically treated blood humoral component is used. Concretely, by culturing the mesenchymal stem cells with a medium including the blood humoral component, the differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells can be accelerated. As the blood humoral component, e.g. those derived from peripheral blood and derived from umbilical cord blood can be cited. By the method for accelerating the differentiation, from the mesenchymal stem cells, the differentiation to e.g. osteoblast cells, cartilage cells or the like can be accelerated. |
