PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device of which the stop time due to heater replacement can be shortened, and to provide a control method of the drying device.SOLUTION: In a drying device, a drying control part 39 changes priority levels employed when first to third lamp units 33, 34 and 35 heating continuous paper WP are used. Consequently, the first to third lamp units 33, 34 and 35 can be equally used. Consequently, the stop time and replacement cost of the device for replacement of heating lamps 33a to 35c constituting the first to third lamp units 33, 34 and 35 can be reduced by replacing the heating lamps 33a to 35c together at a time and so on. |
