PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a correlative road link, and to accurately search the traffic information of an object road link on the basis of the traffic information of the correlative road link.SOLUTION: The traffic information of an object road link K1 is predicted on the basis of the traffic information of the other road links. Locus information relating to travel locus R1 to R4 of a vehicle which has actually traveled on the object road link K1 is acquired, and the other road links L1, L2, L3, and L4 existing on the travel locus R1 to R4 are determined as correlative road links on the basis of the locus information. The traffic information of the object road link k1 is predicted on the basis of the traffic information of the correlative road link. |
