PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for checking a laminating device high in reliability and excelling in via connection stability.SOLUTION: By measuring an L value (luminance) of a surface of a laminated prepreg by a measuring instrument (colorimeter/luminance meter) capable of measuring shade and brightness, pressure balance measurement of a laminate roll can be easily achieved by a surface condition of the laminated prepreg, and adhesiveness between the prepreg and a PET film, the time of pressure adjustment can be remarkably reduced, quality such as adhesiveness and paste bleeding adjustable by an actually-produced material can be stabilized, and a circuit board high in interlayer connection reliability can be provided in high productivity. |
