PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing sheet in which UV ink is not apt to peel from a base material when cured, a coating liquid for forming a printing coat layer provided in the printing sheet, and a method of manufacturing the printing sheet using the coating liquid.SOLUTION: There is provided a printing sheet including a sheet-like base material and a printing coat layer laminated on one surface of the base material. The printing coat layer contains polymers having a crosslinking structure formed by being bonded to each other through an isocyanate crosslinking agent, and includes an active energy ray polymerizable functional group. The base material may be made of a resin-based material including olefin-based resin and having low polarity, and the active energy ray polymerizable functional group is preferably a functional group having an ethylenically unsaturated bond. |
