PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus capable of suppressing a difference in each area of a recording head smaller, in the amount of moisture supplied to the circumference of the recording head.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording apparatus includes a recording head 2 in which a plurality of discharge ports for discharging an ink are formed and performs recording by discharging the ink to a recording medium supported by a support surface 36 from the discharge port. An ink receiver 33 is provided in the support surface 36, wherein the ink receiver 33 is capable of storing the ink to supply moisture to the circumference of a part discharge port of the discharge ports formed in the recording head 2, in such a manner that the ink stored inside evaporates. |
