PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate exterior package battery including an exterior package which is an exterior package having a double-cup structure and has a recessed portion in a stable shape when one recessed portion is shallower in depth than the other.SOLUTION: An exterior package 10 of a laminate exterior package battery is such that a Z-axially upper cup (upper cup) has a depth dshallower than a depth dof a Z-axially lower cup (lower cup). The exterior package 10 is such that matching parts between an inner surface of a bottom wall 10h and respective inner surfaces of side walls 10j, 10l of the upper cup have a radius Rof curvature smaller than a radius Rof curvature of matching parts between an inner surface of a bottom wall 10a and respective inner surfaces of side walls 10f, 10g of the lower cup. The side walls 10j, 10l of the upper cup and the side walls 10f, 10g of the lower cup are extended crossing respective side walls associated with extension of positive and negative electrode tabs. |
