PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculation device capable of coping with various treatment conditions of a flocculation basin and an operation method of such a flocculation device.SOLUTION: In the flocculation device including a plurality of flocculators 10A, 10B and 10C installed in parallel in a flocculation basin 1, each of the plurality of flocculators 10A, 10B and 10C includes an agitation blade 25 for agitating water flowing into the flocculation basin 1, and driving devices 23, 23, 60 for rotating the agitation blade 25, and the flocculator 10C of a final stage is configured so as to rotate the agitation blade 25 thereof in both directions. |
