PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly flexible vinyl chloride resin composition excellent in low-temperature flexibility, heat resistance, oil resistance, bleed resistance and non-migration.SOLUTION: A highly flexible vinyl chloride resin composition comprises: a vinyl chloride resin 1,700-4,000 in polymerization degree; and a plasticizer to be incorporated in the vinyl chloride resin as a combination of 30-50% of a phthalic ester plasticizer, 30-50% of a trimellitic ester plasticizer, and 10-40% of a polyester plasticizer; wherein, the normal rate of the plasticizer is 30-80%. |
