PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation underfloor structure which can prevent termites from entering through a gap between a foundation and slab concrete and is excellent in maintainability.SOLUTION: An insulation underfloor structure comprises: a foundation side insulation material 7 arranged along an inner side face 2a of a foundation 1; a slab side insulation material 8 arranged along an upper face 5a of slab concrete 5; and a joint insulation material 9 which is in a block shape and detachably arranged between an edge section of the slab side insulation material 8 and a lower face 7a of the foundation side insulation material 7. The slab side insulation material 8 is installed with a predetermined space from the inner face 2a of the foundation 1. An anti-termite material 10 having an anti-termite function is filled in a region surrounded by the inner face 2a of the foundation 1, the upper face 5a of the slab concrete, a side edge face 8b of the slab side insulation material 8 and the lower face 9a of the joint insulation material 9.
