PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecular ink printed matter in which a biomolecule remains without being rubbed or shaved or scraped during production or delivery or during handling by an end user and to provide a method of manufacturing the printed matter.SOLUTION: A base material 11 includes in order a biomolecular printing layer 15 and a protective layer 17 on a surface thereof. The biomolecular printing layer 15 is provided using ultraviolet curable ink including a biomolecule, and the protective layer 17 is provided using ultraviolet curable ink. The biomolecular printing layer 15 and protective layer 17 are cured by ultraviolet rays after being printed using a printing method. The protective layer 17 is printed to be larger than a picture pattern of the biomolecular printing layer 15 so as to cover the biomolecular printing layer 15. |
