PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell surface protective sheet including a fluororesin layer with blocking resistance and having weather resistance and durability; and a solar cell module using the same.SOLUTION: A solar cell surface protective sheet has a fluororesin layer formed on a transparent base material. The fluororesin layer is formed by using a coating fluid containing at least fluororesin having hydroxy, isocyanate and a leveling agent. The leveling agent is comprised of a fluoro-based leveling agent. A solar cell module uses the solar cell surface protective sheet. |
