PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly secure a proper irradiation area of a headlamp while a vehicle is running.SOLUTION: In a vehicle headlamp adjustment device, an adjustment operation condition determination part 51 determines whether conditions for carrying out adjustment of a headlamp 2 are satisfied based on at least the presence or absence of a preceding vehicle and the distance to a driver own vehicle; and if it is determined that the adjustment operation conditions are satisfied, an irradiating area adjustment part 54 compares a reference pattern held in a reference pattern holding part 52 and an irradiation pattern of the headlamp 2 recognized in an irradiation pattern recognition part 53 and adjusts the irradiation area of the headlamp 2 through an actuator 4 so that both patterns are matched. |
