PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant moving device capable of properly stopping a movement of a refrigerant according to potential severity of a situation caused by a leakage of the refrigerant.SOLUTION: A refrigerant moving device for moving a refrigerant gas from a movement source to a movement destination is provided with a first detecting means 8 for detecting an absolute humidity of an atmosphere at a predetermined position in the vicinity of a moving path of the refrigerant gas from a movement source 2 to a movement destination 3, a monitoring means 9 for carrying out a detecting operation when the absolute humidity detected by the first detecting means 8 is a predetermined absolute humidity threshold value or more, and valves 7a and 7b interposed in the moving path of the refrigerant gas, and shut by the detecting operation of the monitoring means 9. |
