PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that provides images with uniform glossiness irrespective of the types of input image data.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 calculates an integrated toner image height in which respective toner image heights of colored toners formed on a sheet are integrated, calculates a height of a transparent toner image by subtracting the integrated toner image height from a target toner image height at which a predetermined glossiness target value is achieved, and adjusts, on the basis of the calculated height of the transparent toner image, a height of a transparent toner image to be formed on a sheet in an image forming unit 40. |
