PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum casting excellent in adhesion to an aluminum pipe inserted into base material while accurately keeping a shape of a molded gap, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of filling the inside of a molded aluminum pipe with beads with the thermal conductivity of 0.1-20 W/mK; a step of removing an oxide film on a surface of the aluminum pipe filled with the beads by mechanical treatment or chemical treatment; a step of preheating the aluminum pipe from which the oxide film is removed in an atmosphere of 5 vol.% or less oxygen concentration; and a step of inserting the preheated aluminum pipe into aluminum alloy.
