PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-inverting buffer circuit that is difficult to depend on an input voltage.SOLUTION: A resistance element R11 is connected between an input terminal Vin and a non-inverting input terminal of an operational amplifier 30, and one end of a resistance element R12 is connected to one end of the resistance element R11 and the non-inverting input terminal. The other end of the resistance element R12 is grounded to Vss. A voltage control circuit 40 attenuates an input voltage to the input terminal Vin by 1/2 times. An output voltage of the voltage control circuit 40 is applied to a conductive layer 62 formed on a lower substrate of the resistance element R11, thereby obtaining the output voltage that does not depend on the input voltage. |
