PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber prepreg that is obtained by impregnating a carbon fiber bundle with a thermoplastic resin and is excellent in uniformity and surface smoothness, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A carbon fiber prepreg comprises a carbon fiber bundle having a monofilament fineness of 1.0-2.4 dtex and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the prepreg has a void rate of ≤1% and a thickness variation of ≤5%. There are provided a carbon fiber prepreg tape, a carbon fiber-reinforced composite material and automobile parts, using the carbon fiber prepreg. |
