PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy coated plate capable of sufficiently suppressing contact corrosion on a contact face with a zinc plated steel sheet or zinc-aluminum plated steel sheet.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy coated plate 1 is used in contact with a zinc plated steel sheet 2 or a zinc-aluminum plated steel sheet 2. The aluminum alloy coated plate 1 includes a substrate 10 composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a resin coated layer A12 including a resin component and a metal powder formed on a contact face 101 at least on a steel sheet 2 side. The resin coated layer A12 includes zinc powder and/or zinc alloy powder as metal powder and its surface resistance is lower than 300 &OHgr;.
